LAW CLERK:
Must have a Bachelors Degree in Political Science or Social Science.
Added bonus if the applicant has legal studies as well. Preferred to be fluent in Greek, French, English and
Spanish.
Must have sales experience in any industry. This sale experience will provide him/ her the advantage of
being able to communicate and assist in closing clients from Canada, France and Greece. We are looking for
someone that is of Canadian Origin since more than half of our clients are from Canada.
The law clerk assists the firm’s attorneys in legal research and preparation of legal documents, drafting of legal
memorandum, especially on international issues, including research of foreign law (with emphasis in South
America), pleadings, trial preparation and other international issues. Due to the firm’s international presence
and representation of clients in Canada and Europe, the clerk preferably must be fluent in Greek and French
and in telephone and video conferences. Preferred candidate must have knowledge of the Quebec, Canadian and
Greek train of thought and business practices. Good communication and customer service skills (must be
professional and courteous to all clients).
This candidate, will be selling our services to the niche market of French, Greek Canadians in South Florida
and in Canada.
Supervisory duties: The law clerk will supervise the work of paralegals and legal secretaries.
Working Hours: Standard business hours and as necessary to complete assignments in a high volume/high
pace international law firm; up to 35 % travel between the United States of America and Quebec Canada, in
order to assist out clients and open an office for us there. He/ She will also have to travel internationaly .
